Terms and conditions For partner

1:- To work with us it is mandatory to provide your Two original ID proofs

2:- If the documents given by you are found wrong then you will not be given the work or you send someone else in your place and he does some wrong work then it will be your responsibility.

3:- If you try to do any kind of fraud with the company, then in this situation the company will have full right to close your profile, after that you will not be given any work.
4 :- You will be provided with daily work by the company. The company does not do any such entity thing.
5:- Do your work with full honesty so that your rating points do not decrease. If your rating points decrease then you may face difficulty in getting work.
6: – You can express how the customer behaved with you through giving the rating to the customer.
7:- Receive your payment from the customer as soon as the work is completed. The company will not take any responsibility if the customer gives you late payment or keeps some payment from you.
8:- If the company is getting you a contract, then it will be your responsibility to pay its advance payment (commission).

9:- If you have taken a job with monthly salary through the company, the company will not take any advance payment from you. After you get the job, commission will be deducted from your first salary and for some reason you do not like the job, then you will be given a week’s notice. You will have to register your request on the company’s toll free number 18003094266. The company will offer you another job.

If you have received a booking and you are not present at that time, then it is mandatory for you to inform us by calling the toll free number of the company 2 hours in advance.

You cannot upload your personal photos anywhere on the application.

Terms and condition for customer

1:- The employees provided by the company are part of the general society, whom the company helps in providing them employment and they do not have any personal relationship with the company.
2:- Advance payment is mandatory
3:- The company will provide you service person as per your requirement. On the basis of how he works and his behavior towards you, you are fully entitled to give negative or positive rating in the rating facility given by the company.
4 :- The rating given by you is very important for the company, through this the company will identify good and honest employees, hence give the correct rating and you and I should stay connected with good employees and cooperate with the company in this.
5:- If you have placed an inquiry for any monthly job or contract employees through the company, then the company will send an expert employee to you within 72 hours. If because of some reason your deal with one employee is not finalized, then two expert employees will be sent to you separately. More will be sent to you from it. It is mandatory for you to decide among these three expert employees, whom do you give work to ?
6: – As per your requirement, if the company does not send any employee to you within 72 hours, then you can lodge a refund request for your payment on toll free number 18003094266 if the company has sent three employees as per your requirement. So your advance payment will not be refunded

After your work is done, you will have to pay the full payment to the partner. If you reduce or do not make the payment, the company can take legal action against you.
